I have been at Garfield High School since 2003. I was a math teacher for 12 years before taking over the College Center as the College Advisor.
I attended UC Riverside for my Bachelors Degree in Mathematics and a minor is Spanish.
I attended Stanford University for a Masters Degree in Education and my teacher credential.
When I am not working, I enjoy reading, running, working out and participating in Spartan Races. I also REALLY like coffee! :)

I have 8 Peer Counseling classes. Peer Counselors are trained seniors who help me assist other seniors with college and financial aid applications.
