Welcome, Parents and Guardians! This 2023-2024 academic school year, I am teaching the following classes which meets every weekday, Monday through Friday:

9th grade Honors English during Period 13 (Block C)

SOAR@SAS Advisory

It is my privilege to have the Class of 2025 Students of Academic Renown (SOAR) at Garfield's School for Advanced Studies (SAS), or, SOAR@SAS for short, in my Homeroom/Advisory class. I am here to support and advise whenever they need! This year, we had a schedule change, so we now usually meet for Advisory class on Tuesdays from 9:42 to 10:12am for half an hour. Parent Conference Night (Spring 2022)

Welcome to Parent Conference Night on Thursday, February 17th, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Students in all my classes will have prepared a student-led conference script to go over with you as they share with you their grades, assignments, current work, and texts they are currently reading. Please be sure to complete the student-led conference prior to meeting with the teacher.
