Welcome to Ms. Diaz's class

My name is Adriana Diaz. I have been working with the Los Angeles Unified School District for 29 years. I initially started as a teacher's assistant then became a special education assistant and eventually accomplished my long time goal of becoming a teacher. I graduated from California State University, Los Angeles and earned a bachelors degree in Urban Learning. I have worked in the local east district area in all levels of education. I have found a fondness in working with students with autism. As a special education teacher, my fruition is knowing that I can build trust with my students while simultaneously establishing an environment of academic growth.
