Memoir Had the opportunity to visit New York this past week and was able to spend some time at the 9/11 Memorial. I was there looking for the name of a friend - Gilbert Granados, Class of '68. Garfield High School was represented in the 2nd Twin Tower that fateful day, by Gilbert Granados, Class of '68. He left behind his wife and two daughters. He was a proud to be a GHS alumni. RIP Gil!
