GRADUATION PRACTICE:
Seniors who are cleared and participating in the ceremony will meet at East Los Angeles Stadium bleachers.
Friday, June 15 at 8:00 am.
Practice will be from 8:00-10:00 am
♦ At practice, turn in your handshake envelope with cash if you plan to purchase
♦ This is the day to wear hats and sunglasses. It gets warm in the stadium.
GRADUATION CEREMONY:
Seniors meet at the tunnel at 4:30 pm, dressed in your gown. You will pick up your grad card from your counselor. You will be searched then enter the line up. Once you line up you may not leave the tunnel. You may keep your cell phones but may not have them out or on during ceremony.
CEREMONY BEGINS: 6:00 PM
You may invite all your guests (that’s why you paid dues). No tickets required to enter the stadium. You will be informed at practice when the doors for families will be open. REMIND YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS NO BLOW HORNS ALLOWED IN THE STADIUM.
DIPLOMA PICK UP:
Monday, June 18, students will go to their A block class first, then to Advisory. After Advisory is over they may go to their SLC office and get their diploma from 9:48 - 10:15 am.
