The Records Office hours are from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
 
You may request official or unofficial computerized transcripts from our Counseling Office (Main Entrance) if you attended Garfield High School from the year 2005 to the present. Please come to our office with a valid government issued ID.
 
If you need a copy of your original transcripts, test results or a verification of diploma letter, please allow 24 hours to process your request.
 
If you lost your diploma you may order a back dated diploma (which has the current Principal’s signature) to replace your original diploma. The replacement fee is $15.00 and must be paid before it is ordered. It could take up to thee months for printing and delivery. Upon receiving the replacement diploma we will notify you that it is ready for pick-up.
 
Garfield High School holds student records for only five years. After five years student records go to LAUSD Student Records Unit at (323) 224-5950.
Office Hours 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Counter Service Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
